Kelly Belk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, client relations, and enrollment management. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at WireCo WorldGroup since January 2022, Kelly is responsible for identifying and onboarding top talent. Previous roles include Account Director at PSI Services LLC, and Patient Resource Advocate at HNC Living Foundation, where outstanding customer service was provided to head and neck cancer patients and their caregivers. As Sr. Director of Enrollment at Baker University, leadership was demonstrated in enrollment and marketing for various academic programs. Additionally, as Associate Vice President of Client Relations at Helix Education, strategic initiatives were developed that significantly enhanced revenue. With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Kansas and a graduate degree in Management from Baker University, Kelly has built a strong foundation for a successful career in education and client service sectors.
