Rani Sakthi Sri S has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Country Head - HR at Flender since May 2024. Prior to this role, Rani held multiple positions at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering from October 2006, including Head - C&B Compliance and Digitization and Senior Manager - Group HR. Rani's career began at Rajsriya Group as Deputy Manager HR from August 1998 to October 2006. Academically, Rani earned a PGXPM from Great Lakes Institute of Management (2014-2016), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia College of Law (2009-2012), a PGPM&IR from Madurai Kamraj University (1996-1998), and a BLM from Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Studies (1993-1996). Education was completed at Vellayan Chettiyar Higher Secondary School.
