Evalyne Ndung'u is a seasoned IT and Systems Engineer currently employed at WIOCC since May 2019, where responsibilities have included roles as Senior IT and Systems Engineer, IT & Systems Engineer, and Monitoring Technician. Prior to this, Evalyne worked at Safaricom PLC as an Operations Support Systems Engineer, focusing on software development, user administration and support, as well as software systems maintenance and support. Additional experience includes a position as a Service Delivery Engineer at MTN and an internship at the Kenya Bureau of Standards. Evalyne holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of York, expected to be completed in April 2025, and an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Multimedia University of Kenya, obtained in 2018. Educational background also includes attendance at Limuru Girls' High School.
