Ray Padilla was with Anthem, Inc. as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy and Program Development in Data Science, providing strategic advice and leading change initiatives. F. Ray Padilla's experience includes senior positions at Northern Trust Asset Management, where responsibilities included managing distressed programs, and roles at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual, and Accenture, focusing on technology and customer insights. F. Ray Padilla holds a Master of Science degree from Northwestern University and has additional legal education from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
