Julia Dossett Morgan has over 14 years of work experience in marketing and communications. Julia is currently the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing & Finance at the Reynolds Performance Hall at the University of Central Arkansas from 2015 to 2018. Julia also has experience as a Freelance Marketing Consultant at Morgan Unlimited from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they were the Senior Marketing Manager at The Children's Theatre Company from 2011 to 2013. Julia started their career in marketing as the Marketing & Publicity Apprentice at Steppenwolf Theatre Company in 2004 and later worked as the Marketing Coordinator and Promotions & Media Manager there from 2005 to 2011. Throughout their career, Julia has managed marketing campaigns, developed strategic plans, and executed various marketing initiatives.

Julia Dossett Morgan completed their education with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Arkansas State University, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2000 and 2004. In addition to their degrees, Julia obtained a certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute in December 2021.
