Julian Debbag has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julian started their career as a Sales Coordinator at National Oilwell Varco in 2015 and later transitioned to a Consulting Business Analyst role at Value Partners Management Consulting in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Evolution Partners Management Consulting. Julian then joined National Oilwell Varco again in 2018, this time as a Sales Manager until 2020. In 2021, they had a Summer Consultant role at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Recently, Julian has been working at Wintermute, starting as an MBA Intern in 2022 and progressing to Marketing Manager and Strategy & Operations Manager roles. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategy and Ops. at Wintermute.

Julian Debbag completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Chemical Engineering (Ingeniería química) from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In 2013, they also briefly studied Chemical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
