Frankie Bennett's work experience begins in 2012 with a role as a Scrap Metal Buyer at Jighand. From there, they moved on to Winterflood Securities in 2013, starting as a Junior European Equities Dealer and then transitioning to a Junior UK Equities Dealer. In 2016, Frankie became a UK Equities Trader at Winterflood Securities, and later, in 2019, they were promoted to Senior UK Equity Trader. Currently, Frankie holds the position of Deputy Head of FTSE350 Trading at Winterflood Securities, a role they started in January 2020.

Frankie Bennett attended Claverham Community College from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained 9 GCSE's in subjects such as English Literature and Language, Maths, Sciences, History, French, and Physical Education. They then enrolled in Bexhill College from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued AS levels in Core and Statistics Maths, Business Studies, and Economics.
