Steve Croucher is a seasoned professional in the investment management sector with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Commercial Officer at Winterflood Business Services since August 2023, Croucher is tasked with ensuring first-class client service and driving company growth strategies. Prior to this, Croucher held the position of Managing Director at Morningstar, overseeing investment management operations across the EMEA regions from June 2018 to March 2023. Croucher also served as Chief Operations Officer at Rockfire Capital, managing significant investment funds, and held COO roles at Bordier & Cie (UK) PLC, INSYNERGY Investment Management, and Old Mutual Investment Group.
