Melissa Schneider has a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree from Rollins College. Melissa has held various roles in the library field, starting as a Library Assistant at Winter Park Library in 2009 and currently serving as the Executive Director at the same library. With experience at Valencia College, Morningside Academy, and Barry University, Melissa has a wealth of knowledge in providing research assistance, managing library operations, and developing strategic plans for library services. Melissa's expertise includes overseeing staff, budget management, and creating innovative member services and collections.
