Laura Bronner is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in high-growth industries. As the Head of Operations at Winston Flowers since October 2024, Laura focuses on expanding the company's retail and customer support initiatives in Boston and New York. Previously, Laura served as Vice President of Operations at Ginkgo Bioworks, where a $347M COVID testing business was built, serving thousands of schools and multiple state programs. Laura's extensive experience also includes leadership roles such as COO at Little Sprouts and Dr. Dental, where operational strategies were developed for childcare and dental services, respectively. Laura holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Public Policy and French from Duke University.
