Tracy Crocker has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Most recently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Winsted Control Room Consoles. Prior to this role, Tracy worked at BRP as the President, where they successfully implemented a growth strategy that stabilized and turned around Evinrude outboard engines. During their time at BRP, Tracy also acquired three boat companies and developed a product pipeline with breakthrough technology. Before joining BRP, Tracy held a role at Arctic Cat as the Vice President & General Manager of the Global ATV business. Prior to their time at Arctic Cat, Tracy worked at Ecolab as the Senior Vice President/General Manager of Healthcare and Hospitality. In this role, they built an effective strategy for three separate business units and successfully grew market share and bottom line profits by implementing go-to market initiatives.

Tracy's earlier work experience includes roles at Next Generation Network, Nabisco, Pepsi-Cola Company, and Procter & Gamble. As the President of Next Generation Network, they led the company from 2000 to 2003. At Nabisco, Tracy served as the Division Vice President and achieved the highest sales and profit performance for two consecutive years by successfully restructuring the sales organization, channel focus, and retail processes. Similarly, at Pepsi-Cola Company, they held the position of Vice President of Business, Industry, and Education, where they grew sales over 30% by reorganizing business units and leading the development of an out-of-home single-serve strategy. Tracy began their career at Procter & Gamble as a Unit Manager.
