Alma Mae S. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources and Volunteer Manager at WINS since November 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at Westpower, and various positions at YMCA Calgary, such as Learning and Development Manager and Senior Human Resources Advisor, where responsibilities included overseeing leadership development and establishing HR metrics. Alma Mae has also held HR management roles at OI Group of Companies, CID Systems, IF Outsourcing Inc., and several others, focusing on recruitment, performance management, and policy development. Educational achievements include a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Athabasca University, a certificate in Workplace Learning from the University of Calgary, and a Master of Arts in Education from Philippine Normal University.
