Pedro Sousa Lima has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving in various roles including IT Manager and Technical Director at WINPROVIT since June 2017. Previously, Pedro held multiple leadership positions at PT Sistemas de Informação, S.A. from 2005, overseeing field support and local support teams. Other notable roles include Team Leader at Controlinveste Media and Technical Support at GFI Portugal. Pedro's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto and a Doctorate in Multimedia Technologies from Universidade da Maia.
