Marco Jacobs has extensive experience in customer care and team management, currently serving as Teammanager Customer Care at Winparts B.V. Automotive Parts since March 2020. Prior to this role, Marco held various positions at Webhelp Nederland from August 2016 to March 2020, including Groepscoach/Teamleider, Projectleider, and Advisor and Monitor. Marco's earlier experience includes an internship at Salutis from February 2015 to June 2016, and positions at Dirk van den Broek and Captain Jack Buurse between 2006 and 2014, where responsibilities encompassed a range of support roles.
