Randall Skalberg currently serves as the Dean of the College of Business at Winona State University, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Skalberg was an Associate Professor of Taxation at the University of Minnesota Duluth from January 2001 to June 2022. Previous professional experience includes serving as Federal Tax Manager at Metris Companies, Tax Counsel at The Sherwin-Williams Company, and Senior Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young. Randall Skalberg holds an LLM in Taxation from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a JD in Taxation from the University of Minnesota Law School. Additionally, Skalberg earned a BSB in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
