Aaron Gretz has extensive experience in operations and process improvement within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist at Winona Foods since November 2022, Aaron previously held the position of Field Operations Manager at Koss Industrial, Inc. from June 2014 to November 2022. Aaron's career also includes roles as a Field Specialist at Lee's Contracting / Fabricating, Inc. and as a Construction Worker at Vigen Construction, Inc. Earlier in Aaron's career, a Line Lead position was held at Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry Co., Inc. Aaron obtained a certificate in welding/fabrication as a Metal Fabricator from Madison Area Technical College, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2004.
