Vânia Patrício serves as a WINNING Board Member and is a co-founder of the company, in addition to holding the position of Technology General Manager. At ISCTE Business School, Vânia Patrício contributes as a professor. Previously, Vânia Patrício directed the High Performance Competency Center and served in various managerial roles at GTBC, including Consulting Manager BA, PM, and GRC Competency Center and Business Manager. Vânia Patrício also held the position of Training Manager for the Project Management business unit in Portugal and Spain at GTBC-Global Technologies & Business Consulting and managed the Organizational Unit-PMO at Cofidis. Vânia Patrício obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration and Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and completed training at ROI Institute in 2012.
