Bettina Jenkins is a seasoned culinary expert with extensive experience in the food and appliance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Culinary Expert at Winning Group since September 2020, Bettina previously held roles including Appliance Demonstrator at Sub Zero Wolf Australia and Brand Ambassador and TVSN presenter at Glen Dimplex. Earlier career milestones include managing demonstrations at B/S/H Home Appliances Group and working as a Home Economist at Nestle Oceania, where recipe development and presentation were key responsibilities. Bettina's freelance work as a Home Economist spanned over a decade, during which time contributions were made to food magazines and educational institutions. Notably, Bettina founded the Sydney Seafood School, creating innovative cooking classes that remain popular today. Bettina holds a Home Economics Certificate from East Sydney TAFE College.
