Teresa Lagerstam has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served in various roles within Winnebago County since October 2004, including Animal Control Officer, Deputy, and currently as an Investigator since June 2010. Teresa also served as a Sergeant in the US Army from May 1994 to January 2005. Educational background includes attendance at Rock Valley College from 1993 to 1994 and graduation from Forreston High School in 1993.
