As Executive Vice President for WinnResidential Military Housing Services, Kirstin N. Rich is responsible for the strategic support functions for the Lendlease-owned and WinnResidential-managed military housing communities nationwide including technology, facilities, marketing and operation support. She is also responsible for 3,758 homes for airmen across four western U.S. states.
