John Cosgriff is the Chief Executive Officer at UnitedHealthOne, a significant retail and direct-to-consumer business within the $281 billion UnitedHealthcare organization, a position held since 2022. With a tenure at UnitedHealth Group starting in 2005, John has held various leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Business Development, SVP of Strategy and New Ventures, and multiple Chief of Staff positions. In addition, John contributes as a mentor in Techstars' startup accelerator programs and serves as an advisor and investor for several companies, including WingXpand, Fenix Space, and Zeno Power. John holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPH from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, and a BBA with honors from The George Washington University School of Business.
