Merav Olejnik has extensive experience in management, education, and sports, currently holding a management position at Wingate Institute since October 2020. As the Owner and CEO of "DOLPHINA - haMERAV Bamaim" since July 2007, Merav also serves as a college lecturer at Campus Siim. In addition, Merav was the National Women's Waterpolo Team Manager for the Israeli Waterpolo Association from February 2023 to March 2024 and previously led women's grassroots programs at the ATHENA National Center between October 2015 and July 2022. Merav's academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Clark University focused on Special Education and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and Sports from מכללת זינמן לחינוך גופני וספורט and a Master's in Public Administration in Education from Clark University.
