Nick Zurek is an experienced accounting professional with a solid background in property management and portfolio control. Currently serving as Portfolio Controller at Wingate Companies since January 2023, Zurek previously held the position of Accounting Manager and Senior Property Accountant at WinnCompanies from November 2014 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as Staff Accountant at Great North Property Management from December 2011 to August 2014. Zurek earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, completing the degree between 2004 and 2008.
