Karol Olczak has over 13 years of work experience. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Verification Engineer at Nokia. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Solution Integrator at Ericsson. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Junior DevOps Engineer at ECConnect. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at mBank S.A. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a DevOps Architect at International Personal Finance Plc. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Monedo Holding GmbH. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a DevOps Architect at Huawei. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a DevOps Lead at Jaja Finance. Currently, they are working as a DevOps & DevSecOps Architect at Wing Security.

Karol Olczak has a diverse educational background. From 2007-2012, they attended Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and obtained an Engineer's degree in Telecommunications Engineering.
