Marvia Davidson is an experienced educational professional currently serving as the Coordinator of School Improvement at Winfree Academy Charter Schools since October 2018. In addition to this role, Marvia has operated as an Education Specialist since January 2013, where skills in implementing process improvement strategies and developing training materials have been demonstrated. Previous positions include instructional coordinator and trainer at Winfree Charter School, volunteer coaching roles at Gateway Church, and various educational roles focused on supporting at-risk students. Marvia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at El Paso and two Master of Science degrees in Education from Walden University.
