Ruyi Li is an A+ Australia wine educator at the Australian Grape and Wine Authority since July 2014 and serves as an Honorary Associate at the University of Adelaide since February 2014. Ruyi Li holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Wine Science and Business from the University of Adelaide, attained between 2008 and 2012. Prior educational background includes a Master's degree in viticulture and oenology from Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, completed from 2004 to 2007, and a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Engineering and Law with a focus on viticulture and oenology, earned from 2000 to 2004 at the same institution.
