Sharmin Akter has a robust professional background in quality management systems, currently serving as the Manager QMS at Windy Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Sharmin held the position of QMS Assistant Manager at Amtranet Group from November 2021 to January 2024, and worked as an IE & Planning Executive at Lantabur Group between August 2020 and October 2021. Early experience includes working as a Production Officer at Goldtex Group and completing an internship at United Commercial Bank Limited. Sharmin's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the World University of Bangladesh, along with relevant certifications such as CQI:IRCA 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor from Intertek SAI Global in 2023.
