Jennifer Parker is a Senior Associate & Senior Environmental Scientist at Windward Environmental. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in the environmental field. Jennifer has a B.A. in Geology from the University of Washington and a M.S. in Environmental Science from Moss Landing Marine Laboratories. Jennifer has worked as a research scientist for Studio Geochimica, LLC, Frontier Geosciences, and the University of Washington. Her work has focused on quality assurance, project coordination, and research in the areas of geochemistry, environmental science, and oceanography.

Jennifer Parker's educational career includes a Master of Science in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Maine, a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Union College, and Oceanography and Nautical Science from the Sea Education Association.
