Courtney Justice, Esq., EA, LLM - Taxation, currently serves as Tax Controversy Manager at Windham Brannon since August 2023. Previously, Courtney held the position of Resolution Associate at Tax Guard from November 2019 to August 2023 and worked as a Tax Attorney at Polston Tax from May 2018 to November 2019, focusing on resolving state and IRS tax liabilities. Additional experience includes roles as a Master Tax Advisor at H&R Block and Student Attorney Volunteer at the University of Denver Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Prior legal experience encompasses positions as a member of Blakley Justice, LLC, and associate attorney at Lamb McErlane PC, with significant involvement in various areas of law including business, real estate, and municipal finance. Courtney began a legal career as a certified intern with the Chester County District Attorney's Office and served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable F. Lee Forrester in New Jersey. Courtney earned a Master of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation and in International Business Transactions from the University of Denver and holds a Doctor of Law from Widener University.
