Richard Kirk has extensive experience in the maritime and seafood industries, currently serving as a Deckhand at Windcat Workboats since June 2022. Richard has been a dedicated member of the RNLI since August 1990, fulfilling roles as both Shore Crew and RNLI Lifeboat Crew. Prior to Windcat Workboats, Richard worked as a Deckhand for Mareel from March 2020 to June 2022, and briefly at Manor Renewable Energy Ltd in November 2021. Additional Deckhand roles were held at Surewind Marine (August 2018 - January 2020) and Tidal Transit Limited (July 2012 - February 2016). Earlier experiences include working as a Dispatcher at JONAS SEAFOOD LIMITED (February 2016 - August 2018) and Young's Seafood (December 2004 - July 2012), as well as roles in Quality Assurance. Richard completed education at Paston Sixth Form College from 1993 to 1996 and attended Cromer High School from 1988 to 1993.
