Dwayne Wiggans has over three decades of experience in fire and emergency services, beginning as a Firefighter at Winchester Fire-EMS in October 1989 and progressing through various ranks, including Fire Captain and Fire Chief, before serving as Deputy Chief at Winchester Fire from January 2016 to September 2018. Since September 2018, Dwayne Wiggans has held the position of Fire Chief at Winchester Fire-EMS, bringing extensive leadership and operational expertise to the organization.
