Sonia Cruz Espinosa is a professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and food industry. Currently serving as a Delegado Comercial at Ashfield since October 2016, Sonia manages a sales network for the Recuperat-ion and MADFORM laboratories in Madrid, focusing on achieving commercial objectives. Sonia also contributes as a GPV and trainer for Winche Redes Comerciales, specializing in GSK products. Previous roles include quality technician and consultant positions at Grupo Panrico and A+10, where Sonia developed quality systems and managed food safety protocols. Academic qualifications include a Licenciatura in Science and Technology of Food and a Diplomado in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, both from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, complemented by research collaborations in nutrition and food science.
