João Cardoso currently serves as the Country Manager for Portugal at Winche Redes Comerciales, a position held since June 2023. Previously, João spent over a decade at Henkel, where roles included Head of Sales for the Modern Trade Department and Export Manager, overseeing 85% of total business net sales and managing annual sales planning across various channels. João's responsibilities involved negotiating contracts, P&L management, and reporting on sales performance both locally and internationally, while also being a member of the Leadership Team in Portugal. Additional roles at Henkel included Key Account Manager, Field Manager, and Category Manager Trainee, with a strong focus on e-commerce and team leadership. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Sales Management from INDEG-ISCTE Executive Education and a Licentiate Degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics.
