Dick Hammetter has over three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in outside plant operations. Since December 2012, Dick served as a Director at WIN Technology, ultimately retiring from the position. Prior to that role, Dick held positions such as Program Director for Cell Site Deployment at Bluestream and Director of OSP Network at Windstream Communications. Dick's career also includes notable roles as Director of OSP at PAETEC and as both OSP Manager and Senior OSP Engineer at McLeodUSA. Earlier in their career, Dick owned and operated Tele-Design Services, Inc., providing engineering design services to major telecommunications companies.
