Merrill Cushman is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in the acting, wellness, and media fields. Currently serving as an actor model at Model Club Inc since June 2024, Merrill also leads workshops as a Wim Hof Instructor for the Wim Hof Method, focusing on conscious breathing, cold exposure, and mindset training to promote health. Since October 2024, Merrill has been guiding individuals through traditional Nordic sauna practices and cold immersion therapy at Saltwater Soul Sauna LLC. Prior experience includes coaching at Ice Bath Boston & Breath, where Merrill empowered participants through breath work and ice baths. Additionally, Merrill held positions as a tour consultant at EF Education First and a production intern at Norfolk Community Television, where skills in content creation and journalism were developed. Merrill's early career involved roles in security and journalism, including impactful storytelling for Milford Daily News. Merrill holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of South Florida, earned in 2021.
