Elise Pieters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, wellness, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Instructrice Wim Hof at Wim Hof Method (Innerfire BV) since February 2023, Elise is also a Co-Fondatrice of EPONA, a marketing agency aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs in mastering digital marketing. As the Fondatrice of Inspire Potential, Elise guides individuals in discovering their true potential through a holistic approach that integrates the Wim Hof Method, movement, and nutrition. Additionally, Elise founded Allez On Verra, focusing on well-being and vitality through a deep connection with nature. Previous roles include research positions at Durham University and CNRS, and animation work at Telligo. Elise holds a Master's degree in Ecology from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, along with multiple certifications in yoga and Reiki.
