AJ Urbano is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in retail management and customer advocacy. Currently serving as a Customer Advocate at Wilsonville Toyota since February 2023, AJ previously held various managerial roles at Arch Telecom, including Retail Store Manager and Retail Associate Manager. A notable period of solo travel from December 2019 to December 2021 involved traversing three continents and hiking over 5,000 miles along prominent trails. Prior managerial experience includes multiple locations General Manager at Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer, District Sales Manager at Mobvitel, and several sales roles at A Wireless and My Wireless AT&T. AJ Urbano graduated from Sweetwater High School in 2014 with a High School Diploma.
