Kelvin Seals has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG since July 2024. Previously, Kelvin held the position of Senior Recruiter and Recruiter at The JPI Group from January 2022 to June 2024, and worked as a Recruiter at AmeriHealth Caritas from May 2022 to May 2023, an organization focused on health care solutions for underserved populations. Prior to their recruitment career, Kelvin served in the United States Air Force for nearly 26 years, progressing through various positions including First Sergeant and Security Forces Investigator. Kelvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from American Military University, completed between 2016 and 2020.
