Lisa Stewart is an accomplished Continuous Improvement Manager and Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in various roles, demonstrating a strong focus on operational efficiency and process optimization. At Wilson Electronics since February 2006, Lisa achieved over 99% inventory accuracy, designed an ECR System that significantly reduced BOM error rates, and created automated scheduling reports to streamline production.
