Maureen Scullen began their work experience in 2002 at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where they held the roles of Instore Trainer from April 2004 to January 2007, and PA / Area Administrator from March 2002 to April 2004. In 2007, they joined Wilsonart LLC as HR Manager and in the same year, they also worked as an HR Officer at RHHR until November 2014.

Maureen Scullen pursued their education in 2010-2011 at Teesside University, where they completed a postgraduate level 7 degree in Strategic Leadership & Management offered by the Chartered Management Institute.
