Jordan Benton has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to present. They currently hold the position of Director of Marketing Automation at Wilsonart, where they have successfully implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud, grown the customer database, spearheaded the implementation of Bynder Digital Asset Manager, established a strategic measurement model, collaborated with Sales for lead scoring, and led SEO and paid search strategies.
Prior to this, Jordan worked at Papa John's International, where they served as the Director of Customer Strategy and International Director of Digital Marketing and Innovation. In these roles, they developed and led the CRM program, established targeted marketing programs, managed the Papa Rewards Loyalty program, directed global CRM and loyalty strategies, and led international sales growth.
Before joining Papa John's International, Jordan had roles at Scoppechio as an Assistant Account Executive and Assistant Media Buyer. They also had previous experience as a Brother at Alpha Kappa Psi - Mu Omega Chapter and as an Intern at Scoppechio.
Additionally, Jordan worked as a Pet Groomer at Just for Pets from 2007 to 2011.
Jordan Benton received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Auburn University, specializing in International Business, Marketing, and Spanish. In September 2016, they obtained certifications in AdWords and Analytics from the Cardinal Path Training Academy.
