Hugo Alberto Balderas Marquez has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Starting in 1998, they worked as a Commercial Manager at ELEXSO Sortiertechnik AG, where they were responsible for introducing the Elexso brand in the Mexican coffee and peanut market and expanding the customer base.

Hugo Alberto Balderas Marquez completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, attending from 1993 to 1997. Later, in 2014, they pursued a Diploma in Direcive Skills from the same institution. Additionally, they participated in a seminar on Strategic Planning offered by the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Lastly, they obtained an Executive MBA from the Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C., but no specific dates are provided for this degree.
