Broderick Henry is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati since April 2019, Broderick previously held the position of vice president at Barclays from July 2018 to March 2019, and served as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from October 2011 to July 2018. Additional experience includes roles as a law clerk at Teigland Hunt LLP and as a summer associate at both NYSE Euronext and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Broderick began a career in finance as a financial analyst at Citigroup from July 2007 to July 2008.
