Dan James is the Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Wilson Partners Limited since November 2015, leading the Corporate Finance team that includes Lead Advisory, Transaction Services, and Valuations practices. With over 11 years of transactional experience at BDO, Dan was integral to establishing the Transaction Services division at Wilson Partners and expanding the overall Corporate Finance practice. At BDO LLP, Dan served as Corporate Finance Director in the Transaction Services team, focusing on various due diligence projects and contributing to the Leisure Travel sector. Educationally, Dan holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Nottingham and attended Aylesbury Grammar School.
