Jen Rendon has built a robust career in sales and business development, currently serving as Outside Sales Manager and Director of Outside Sales at Wilson Lighting since June 2020. Additionally, Jen is contributing as Business Development Manager for NEOLITH® by TheSize since August 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Sales Manager at Premier Stone & Tile Supply and Architect and Design Sales Manager at COSENTINO. Jen began their career at Wilson Lighting as an Outside Sales Specialist from January 2001 to April 2015, amassing extensive experience in sales and client relations within the lighting and design sectors.
