Samantha Childers is a Customer Success Specialist at Wilson Language Training since July 2024, previously serving as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Willow Innovations, Inc. from February 2023 to July 2024. In this role, Samantha was a primary contact for customers, facilitating successful product implementation and conducting tailored support meetings. Samantha also collected customer feedback to enhance internal processes and identify upsell opportunities. Prior to this, Samantha spent nearly seven years as a teacher in the Johnson County School District, where a focus on learner success and data-driven adjustments led to multiple awards, including Teacher of the Year. Earlier experience includes serving as Closing Manager at Cherokee Christian Learning Center. Samantha holds a degree from East Tennessee State University, obtained in December 2015.
