Lauren Wilson has extensive experience in the legal and corporate sectors. Currently serving in a management role at Wilson Farm, Inc. since January 2021, Lauren previously worked as a Corporate Associate at Goulston & Storrs from October 2016 to December 2020, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance. Prior experience includes roles in the legal and marketing departments at Wilson Farm, legal internships at Staples and State Street, and a judicial internship with the First Circuit Court of Appeal. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Law from Boston University.
