Michael Noble is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the learning and development sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Marketing & AllenComm Advisory at AllenComm since 2024, Michael specializes in helping organizations enhance individual and team performance through innovative learning solutions. Previously, as President of Americas at Area9 Lyceum from 2021 to 2023, Michael leveraged adaptive learning technologies to significantly improve educational outcomes. At MasterControl, from 2019 to 2021, Michael enhanced customer learning initiatives tied to the SaaS platform. As Chief Learning Strategist and Chief Operating Officer at The Training Associates from 2018 to 2020, Michael focused on scalable learning solutions for global clients. Michael’s earlier tenure as Executive Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at Allen Communication Learning Services from 1998 to 2017 involved leading award-winning digital learning projects. Michael holds a PhD from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, as well as an MA and BA from Brigham Young University.
