Charles started his career at Deloitte, after graduating from the University of South Africa in 1986. He has 24 years of experience in the construction industry and has enjoyed a number of directorships across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Charles joined WBHO in June 2010 as the financial director of WBHO Construction (Pty) Limited. He was appointed as group CFO and to the board of Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Limited in 2011.
