Stefan Neuhaus serves as the Head of Innovation Management at Wilo Group since April 2023, previously holding the position of Head of Innovation and Advanced Development at Insta GmbH from January 2013 to March 2023. Earlier, Stefan Neuhaus was a Unit Leader in Advanced Development at Insta GmbH and a researcher at Technische Universität Dortmund between October 2007 and December 2012, focusing on areas such as Digital Communication Technology, Advanced Channel Coding, and Systems Engineering. Additionally, Stefan Neuhaus gained experience as a Software Developer at Ericsson in 2006, working on LTE Physical Layer software. Stefan Neuhaus earned a Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.) and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from TU Dortmund University.
